		<description>A great recipe that is unique is stuffing the pumpkin with a hamburger/rice mixture or the same that you stuff peppers or cabbage with.  Put the pumpkin on a baking sheet after hollowing it out, add the meat mixture, put his top back on and bake at 350 degrees until the meat mixture and pumpkin are cooked through.  It depends upon the size of your pumpkin.  When serving it, be sure to scoop out some of the pumpkin with the mixture.  Depending upon your tastes, you can mix in some pumpkin pie spice, cloves, cinnamon, etc. in your meat mixture also.  Yummy!</description>
