MY WIFE MAKES THE BEST SAUREKRAUT (I THINK ANYHOW) AND SHE JUST SIMPLY ADDS BROWN SUGAR TO THE MIX. NOT SURE HOW MUCH, SHE JUST COVERS THE TOP SOME AND MIXES IT IN.

I’m trying to find a good recipe for Watermelon Rind Preserves and Watermelon Rind Pickles. My mother used to make them many years ago but I haven’t found a recipe that I thought was like hers.

have you checked the temperature accuracy in your new stove? and, sometimes the difference in elevation reacts to the rising also
