We'd hear it snap, empty it, reset and go back to watching TV - then, pretty soon, SNAP! again. Never tried the Mason jar, although I think it is just ingenious! We must have had "slow" mice, not smart ones like yours. This being said I have beat your daughter in the name game here. I here by name the little critter MASON. LOL I am bad girl.
